US private cellular provider Geoverse has partnered with Houston-based enterprise tech provider WCI Technologies to deliver its private LTE and 5G core networking solution to the energy, healthcare, and education sectors. The pair will deliver shared and licensed LTE and 5G infrastructure in the 3.55-3.7 GHz CBRS band in the US. Geoverse said the deal will enable it to increase its customer installations.
WCI Technologies will work as an approved partner and channel to market for Geoverse. The company has made its name as a system integrator in “guest centric” enterprises, originally in the hospitality sector, moving into the healthcare and education markets, as well. The energy sector is also listed in a press note as a candidate client market for the duo. “Industrial” is cited by Geoverse, too, as a suitable user group.
