NextG Networks Inc. named Steven Moskowitz its new chief executive officer of the company.
In his new role, Moskowitz will be tasked with helping the company grow in the distributed antenna systems market. Moskowitz most recently was executive vice president of American Tower Corp. and president of the company’s U.S. Tower division. He also has held positions with The Katz Media Group and MCI Communications.
The company said Moskowitz will work closely with co-founders David Cutrer and John Georges. Cutrer will remain active in day-to-day operations of the company, returning to his role as CTO.
NextG received an all-equity investment led by Madison Dearborn Partners.
