SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. announced the on-time sampling of its Mobile Station Modem chip solution, supporting HSDPA technology.
Qualcomm said the MSM 6280 chipset is the company’s second complete HSDPA solution and supports data speeds of up to 7.2 megabits, enabling deployments of advanced data and multimedia services. In addition, the company said the MSM 6280 integrates advanced receiver technologies for increased data throughput and network capacity.
