NEW YORK-Wireless software developer Columbitech said Japanese venture-capital company Mobile Internet Capital Inc. increased its financial interest in Columbitech by investing $1.5 million.
MIC joined Columbitech’s investors in early 2003 and now has increased its investment in the company.
“Columbitech has accomplished a lot in a very short period of time with its effective management team, including impressive partnership and major customers in the U.S. and European markets,” said Ikuo Nishioka, chief executive officer of MIC.
