WALTHAM, Mass.-NetCracker Technology announced telecom infrastructure services provider TelNet Worldwide has chosen the NetCracker OSS solution suite, which includes Order Management, Inventory Management and Trouble Ticketing, as the foundation for its back office.
With the NetCracker solution, TelNet customers will have: real-time, Web-based access to information; the ability to order new telecom services through TelNet’s online portal and to track the delivery process of the order; and access to constantly updated billing information.
