ATLANTA-Two-way wireless Internet product developer BulletIN.net announced it acquired a controlling interest in Jungle Drum Systems Ltd., a wireless application company in New Zealand.
BulletIN.net said the acquisition will expand its presence in Australia and New Zealand and will also increase the company’s offerings to include a dispatch application, a Web-based messaging service and the ability to deliver customized application service provider services.
