CTIA SESSIONS ADDRESS SMALL MARKETS, DATA & Y2K

WASHINGTON-The Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association will host two-day
sessions prior to Wireless ’99 in New Orleans to address small market operations, wireless data and Y2K.

The
“Market Operations Forum: Solutions for Networking Our Communities” targets wireless professionals in
smaller markets. Topics include key financial benchmarks; best market practices; sales, fulfillment, billing and
roaming; revenue enhancement and assurance techniques; and small market churn.

“Wireless Data
University,” presented by Andrew Seybold and Alan Reiter, offers three tracks, including The Basics of Wireless
Data Communications, Marketing Wireless Data Solutions and Wireless Internet and Smart Platforms.

The Y2K
seminar will include discussions of the status of various compliance efforts within the wireless industry.
