Pacific CSI plans wireless Internet service in Seoul

HickoryTech appoints Duffy CEO

MANKATO, Minn.—Rural telecommunications provider HickoryTech Corp. appointed John Duffy to succeed Robert Alton, Jr., as president and chief executive officer of the company effective July 1.
