Napster bagged yet another carrier customer for its mobile offering, inking a deal to bring its catalog to the U.K. carrier O2.
The deal gives O2 subscribers access to more than five million full tracks through a dual-download service for $2 each or four songs for $8.10. Napster Mobile will be accessible through O2 Active on more than 30 handset models.
O2’s launch comes on the heels of recent Napster Mobile deployments with Telecom Italia, AT&T Mobility and NTT DoCoMo.
