On page 5 of the May 19 issue of RCR, Dr. Charles Jackson of Washington, D.C.-based Strategic Policy Research was incorrectly characterized. Jackson is in favor of public-safety allocations stemming from UHF channels 60-69. The allocation has been proposed by the Federal Communications Commission in its digital television rulemaking.
