WESTBOROUGH, Mass.—Paging and messaging carrier Arch Wireless Inc. announced it formally emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and that its stock will begin trading under the new AWIN symbol.
“Numerous operating efficiencies implemented during the reorganization will allow us to compete more effectively going forward in markets throughout the United States,” said Lyndon R. Daniels, the carrier’s president and chief operating officer. “Our successful reorganization also allows us to renew our focus on providing the best possible service to our customers.”
