CINCINNATI-Convergys Corp. reported it expanded its customer relationship management offerings with a new eCRM business unit focused exclusively on bringing Web-enabled CRM solutions to its clients at all points of contact.
The eCRM unit will be responsible for the evolution of Convergys’ 39 call centers into integrated, Web-enabled, multichannel contact centers, as well as the technical development of analytic eCRM through strategic partnerships and the acquisition and implementation of best-of-breed technologies.
