DALLAS-Samsung Telecommunications America and Sprint PCS announced plans to begin trials using Samsung’s third-generation Code Division Multiple Access technology.
The trial, the first of several Sprint PCS plans to conduct with vendor partners, is scheduled for the first quarter 2000 at the Sprint PCS Technology Integration Center in Lexena, Kan., and will showcase future data applications.
