LONDON-Metapath Software International announced a global alliance with Prime Response, a Boston-based marketing automation company, to deliver an integrated Customer Relationship Management solution specifically geared for the wireless industry.
MSI and Prime Response have signed a worldwide license and distribution agreement to create the new solution, which would allow wireless carriers to analyze, plan, execute and track one-to-one marketing programs to reduce churn, according to MSI.
