MOTOROLA TO SELL NEXTEL SHARES

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.-Motorola Inc. said it plans to sell 2.8 million shares of Nextel Communications Inc. common stock during the third quarter in order to return its ownership interest in Nextel to the level it was before a recent warrant exercise.
