LINCOLN, Neb.-Transcrypt International Inc.’s information security business segment will officially be named Transcrypt Secure Technologies, said the company.
Michael E. Jalbert, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Transcrypt International, said the name change better reflects the company’s position in the industry.
TST also announced the Federal Communications Commission approved for sale and use in the United States its dual-mode Encryptor 9600-2. The DME 9600-2 provides both digital encryption and analog voice privacy for landline phones.
