Connectivity provider ExteNet Systems says it has a new, advanced mobility network at Philadelphia’s?One Penn Center.
The 670,000 square feet Class A commercial office building sits above Suburban Station and has undergone major renovation over the past five years. Several leading companies occupy the privately owned and managed building in downtown Philadelphia today, and its occupants and visitors will now enjoy mobile broadband connectivity via?ExteNet’s neutral-host in-building distributed antennae system (DAS)?enabled on a shared communications infrastructure.

ExteNet?s high-speed fiber backbone supporting a multi-carrier network will give One Penn the infrastructure needed to meet its current mobility and connectivity requirements, while allowing the network to scale to meet 5G, building automation and IoT requirements, the company said.
