| Mobile Minute: The Mobile Minute is sponsored by SpiderCloud Wireless. Amazon is expected to bring a new dimension to the smartphone market this week with an Amazon-branded phone that will track the user’s eyes and create a 3D image of the object of interest. Could be particularly useful if you’re using your phone to shop on Amazon and want a good look at a certain item of interest. Of course 3D imagery will also be useful for viewing photos and videos, two of the most common uses of smartphones now. Amazon’s announcement is set for Wednesday. The retailing giant will almost certainly introduce an Android phone, and will probably customize the operating system as it did with its Kindle series of Android tablets.
