IP infrastructure solutions provider Genband Inc. named Jeffrey Kupp as CFO, where he will be responsible for accounting, finance and investor relations. Kupp joins Genband from Microtune where he served as CFO for the past four years.
Kupp replaces Jan Gaulding, who has been named Genband’s chief administrative officer, overseeing human resources, legal, information technology and general administration.
“Jeff is an outstanding addition to our management team, bringing with him extensive experience managing complex challenges and opportunities of the public markets,” said Charlie Vogt, Genband’s CEO “He has navigated multiple merger and acquisition scenarios in previous roles, and delivered auditing and management consulting services at a big four accounting firm. We are very pleased to welcome him to our team.”
