—4INFO: Peacock Equity and Gannett Inc. led a $20 million round of equity funding into mobile media company 4INFO. Existing investors Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Sand Hill Capital also participated along with new investor Selby Ventures. The company said it will use the funding to continue expansion into traditional media partnerships for integrated mobile campaigns and to accelerate development of the company’s services and technology.
—Neuralitic Systems: Blackberry Partners Fund invested $3 million into Neuralitic Systems in exchange for a stake in the company. Montreal-based Neuralitic provides data services analytics to mobile network operators and service providers. The company said it has raised more than $10 million to date.
—Trellia Networks: Skypoint Capital and BDR Capital invested $2 million into Trellia Networks, which provides mobile policy management and enforcement software. Trellia said it will use the funding to continue its growth into the United States.
