Holding company TMT Capital Corp. said this week that its subsidiary Freedom Wireless has a mobile virtual network agreement that allows it to sell GSM voice, data and messaging services in the U.S. “across the largest GSM cellular network footprint in the continental U.S.”-presumably AT&T Mobility’s network-as well as the network of Rogers Wireless in Canada. The company said that Freedom Wireless would target the “prepaid cellular, affiliate and non-profit markets.”
TMT, formerly Bootie Beer Corp., is traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. According to the company’s Web site, it offers investors opportunities in real estate, beer brewing and wireless communications.
