Dada launches mobile social networking service

NEW YORK-Dada USA Inc. launched its social networking and entertainment community for the U.S. market.

The company’s Web site allows users to subscribe to a variety of services and content including personal blogging, profile matching, text messaging, ringtones, mobile gaming and wallpapers.

Dada was founded in Italy in 1995. The company entered the U.S. market in August after purchasing Upoc Networks Inc., a New York-based Internet and mobile value-added services provider.

The company joins a number of other vendors offering similar services.
