Wireless Toyz plans 250 stores by the end of the year

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.—Wireless franchise Wireless Toyz said it nearly doubled the number of stores it operates last year and plans to double its footprint again this year.

The company grew from 65 stores to 124 stores last year and is targeting 250 locations by the end of the year. The company’s territory covers 19 states.

Wireless Toyz offers service from multiple carriers including Sprint Nextel Corp., T-Mobile USA Inc., Verizon Wireless and a handful of regional players. In addition, it offers satellite television service.
