PARSIPPANY, N.J.-Aquis Communications Group Inc. acquired the assets of Highland Paging Inc., which provides wireless messaging and data services in West Virginia, Tennessee and southern Virginia.
The company has about 12,500 subscribers. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
