KANATA, Ontario-BelAir Networks, which provides wide area Wi-Fi solutions, said Lucent Technologies Inc. now offers its carrier-grade wireless switch routers to service providers, enterprises and government accounts.
Lucent Worldwide Services will offer the BelAir100 and BelAir200 wireless switch routers through its global sales channels, said BelAir. Lucent also will add deployment, maintenance, and professional and managed services to the BelAir offerings.
The companies’ first joint project was a Wi-Fi network deployment with Smitcoms in St. Maarten.
