Sinclair plans to merge with Comprod

MONTREAL-Sinclair Technologies and Comprod Communications have agreed to merge, although no terms have been disclosed.

Since the deal will not be signed until the end of the year, both companies will operate independently, said the company.

“Merging Sinclair and Comprod will allow us to better strengthen our customer base through expanded manufacturing, sales and product development capabilities,” said Gilles Racine, president and chief executive of Comprod.
