PLANO, Texas-Microtune Inc. and Broadcom Corp. said they have agreed to settle all outstanding patent and antitrust litigation outstanding between the companies.
Terms of the agreement call for pending litigation to be dismissed without prejudice and provide for reciprocal releases covering all asserted and unasserted claims between the companies, they said.
Broadcom and Microtune also entered a separate cross-license agreement. The agreement calls for all products of Broadcom to be licensed under all of Microtune’s patents, and all current products and future analog signal processing products of Microtune are licensed under all of Broadcom’s analog signal processing and related foundational patents.
