ST. LOUIS-Rural Cellular Cop. said it has inked a multi-year managed services agreement with Amdocs to provide the company with an integrated customer relationship management (CRM) and billing platform.
The carrier plans to consolidate its existing legacy billing platforms onto Amdocs Enabler, upgrade its CRM capabilities with Amdocs ClarityCRM and use Amdocs’ management services for enhanced customer service.
“The Amdocs integrated CRM and billing solution will greatly enhance our understanding of our customers, augmenting our paramount focus on the customer and customer satisfaction,” said Ann Newhall, executive vice president and chief operating officer at RCC.
