Zylka named CTO at UbiquiTel

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.-Sprint PCS affiliate UbiquiTel Inc. named David Zylka chief technology officer, where he will oversee the activities in the engineering, network operations, implementation and information technology organizations.

Zylka was formerly UbiquiTel’s vice president of engineering and will continue to be responsible for the overall quality and efficiency of the carrier’s network.
