ROCK HILL, Conn.-Nextel Communications Inc. reported a contract with the state of Connecticut allowing government agencies, political subdivisions, municipalities, state-funded non-profits, primary and secondary schools, and designated authorized users to procure Nextel handsets and services as needs arise.
