TOKYO-NTT DoCoMo Inc. said all 1,000 Wristomo wristphone that were planned for its first production run sold out within 20 minutes. The wireless device, which sells for $316, is designed for the carrier’s PHS network and is expected to begin shipping within the next several weeks.
