BOCA RATON, Fla.-SBA Communications Corp. intends to offer 4 million shares of class A common stock to be sold pursuant to SBA’s shelf registration statement.
SBA said net proceeds of the offering will be used to finance construction and acquisition of towers and related businesses, repay outstanding debt and for general working capital purposes.
