HELSINKI, Finland-Nokia Corp. said it plans to spend up to $2.15 billion to buy back its shares, beginning April 3.
The company will be acting on the approval from its annual general meeting, allowing it to buy up to 225 million shares to finance acquisitions or grant incentives to its management staff.
