Aktiespararna allows shareholders to participate in Ericsson rights issue

STOCKHOLM, Sweden-The Swedish shareholders group Aktiespararna has given the green light to shareholders to take part in L.M. Ericsson’s rights issues.

Participants will begin trading ex-rights on Aug. 9, while new shares and subscription rights will trade starting Aug. 15.
