BOULDER, Colo.—SignalSoft Corp. announced first-quarter financial results in line with guidance released earlier this month.
The company said its revenue was down to $3.9 million from the year-ago first-quarter revenue of $6.2 million. Of that $3.9 million, $2.9 million came from software license revenue and the remaining $1 million was generated from professional services and maintenance.
SignalSoft recently announced it would reduce its work force by about 36 percent to help it maintain its year-end goal of retaining cash and marketable investments between $33 and $38 million.
