DALLAS—MetroPCS, which offers flat-rate local wireless service in the Atlanta, Miami and the Sacramento, Calif., areas, said it has partnered with Telvista Co. to handle all of its customer contact center services in an attempt to maintain its low operating expenses.
Financial terms of the partnership were not released.
