CANNES, France—Adax and Hughes Software Systems announced they will collaborate to produce an integrated signaling solution for third-generation (3G) networks.
For the solution, HSS’ RANAP interface integrated value-added software solutions have been combined with Adax’s new ATM plus boards, SSCOP/SSCF and SCTP/T software to reduce development time for 3G core network and RNC nodes.
The companies plan to demonstrate the joint solution at 3GSM World Congress on Sun Microsystems’ Netra hardware, running under Solaris.
