STOCKHOLM, Sweden—Aspiro said it acquired Mgage, a Swedish developer of applications that allow subscribers to chat. The acquisition will be financed by a non-cash share issue equal to about 58 million shares conditional on the approval of the extra general meeting of shareholders next week
Mgage’s services will be included in Aspiro’s Consumer Applications business area targeted at operators.
