WINCHESTER, Mass.-Hong Kong’s New World Telephone Group selected ADC Metrica’s network performance management system for use in its personal communications services network, which was launched in August.
Metrica said its system will help New World combat problems that occur with high call congestion rates and interference resulting from the city’s dense population. The Metrica/NPR system collects network performance statistics, stores performance measurement data and provides daily, weekly and monthly reports on parameters including traffic and grade of service.
