Alcatel supplies Mediterranean Games network

PARIS—Alcatel said it completed the supply and installation of a GSM network for Tunisie Telecom, which covered the sports infrastructure during the XIVth Mediterranean Games, which took place 2-5 September. Alcatel said more than 250,000 calls were made during the opening ceremony with a 99-percent success rate.
