CHARLESTON, S.C.-Hark Systems Inc., a developer of wireless messaging products, has filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court of South Carolina against former staff engineer W. Chisolm Wilson alleging copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, violation of unfair trade practice acts and the knowing breach of fiduciary duties.
The complaint was issued after Wilson founded CommOne L.L.C., which develops products that compete with Hark’s and is also based in Charleston.
