TSI enters numbering talks with Entricom

TAMPA, Fla.-TSI Telecommunications Services Inc. said it is in talks with Entricom, a developer of XML- and Internet-based OSS software, to create application service provider-based number resource management offerings. The company said the potential offering would meet federal Number Pooling requirements, as well as addressing Local Number Portability needs.
