KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.-TruePosition Inc. said it filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Delaware, charging SigmaOne Communications Corp. with infringing on three patents related to TruePosition’s network-based wireless location systems.
The lawsuit alleges SigmaOne has, and continues to, infringe upon TruePosition’s patents that deal with performing on the wireless network control channel, combining a processed location signal with collateral information and locating phones with a hybrid of Time Difference of Arrival and Angel of Arrival location techniques. The lawsuit seeks damages and an injunction.
