LONDON-Cable & Wireless Optus announced it is conducting an ongoing review of structural and strategic options for all three of its operating businesses, Data and Business Services, Mobile and Consumer & Multimedia.
The company said the review will include looking at an equity partnership in Consumer & Multimedia, a regional branding and equity alliance for its mobile business or new investment partners.
Telecom Global Solutions closes first-round financing
IRVING, Texas-Telecommunications network engineering services provider Telecom Global Solutions Holdings Inc. closed on $11 million in first-round Series-A equity financing by Bear Stearns Merchant Banking.
The company said it will use the financing to increase the scope of its wireless deployment operations around the world.
