The Federal Communications Commission has called for a hearing to determine whether it should revoke private wireless licenses of a group of individuals and firms that are suspected of filing fraudulent applications, some in the name of deceased people.
The hearing, based on evidence gathered at the bureau level, will be overseen by an FCC administrative judge.
