HAYWARD, Calif.-Certicom Corp., an encryption technology company, completed its public offering of 1.25 million common shares at $46.30 per share on the Nasdaq National Market.
The proceeds from the offering, totaling more than $57.8 million, will be used to expand the company’s sales and marketing activities, develop and enhance its products and services, working capital and general corporate purposes.
