JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-Alltel said it is offering free unlimited incoming calls for its Jacksonville, Fla., personal communications services customers, adding four new wireless plans that range from $46 per month for 400 minutes, to $150 per month for 2,000 minutes.
“This is not a temporary promotion that ends after six months,” said Scott Brown, Alltel vice president and general manager for the Jacksonville area. “These plans simplify life for customers and eliminate the worry of whether to give someone your wireless phone number because all calls customers receive are free.”
Alltel pointed out that incoming calls do not apply toward the rate plans’ package minutes, but customers may incur roaming and toll charges on incoming calls received outside their local Jacksonville calling area.
