RIM, DESCARTES FORM ALLIANCE

WATERLOO, Ontario-Research In Motion Ltd. said it formed a strategic alliance with Descartes Systems Group Inc. to provide wireless mobile communications solutions for delivery and field support workers.

Under the agreement, Descartes will use RIM’s Inter@ctive pager and BlackBerry products with its DeliveryNet solution.
