PARSIPPANY, N.J.-Aquis Communications Group Inc. reported second-quarter financial results with a net loss of $1.7 million, or 12 cents per share, compared with a net income of $87,000 the previous second quarter.
Revenues totaled $8 million for the quarter, up from the $6.6 million reported the same period last year. Primarily through its merger with Paging Partners, Aquis’ subscriber base grew to more than 450,000, from 285,000 in the first quarter.
