RICHARDSON, Texas-Aeris Communications Inc. and HighwayMaster Communications Inc. said they have settled three patent-infringement lawsuits that had been pending between them.
The settlement involves both companies cross-licensing certain patents and related pending patent applications involving application-specific data messaging services using cellular control channel technology.
